Diwan on your phone: punches, requests and notifications, even offline. On Android there is an app; on any phone you can use the browser.
Android
- On your phone, open Diwan at your company's address and sign in, then in «My day» press «Get the phone app». Or open the Android app page on our site.
- Press «Download for Android».
- If Android asks, allow installing from the browser and finish the install.
- Open the Diwan app. On the «Your company» screen, type your company's name in Diwan (for example acme), or the full address if your company runs its own server, and press «Continue».
- Sign in. You can now punch and send requests.
Faster: the «Get the app» page inside Diwan shows a QR code for your company's address. After installing the app, scan it with the phone's camera and the address fills itself in.
iPhone
The iPhone app is coming to the App Store soon. Until then, use Diwan in Safari at your company's address and add it to your Home Screen.
Without the app
The browser always works, on a phone or a computer, at the same company address. Nothing to install.
Safety and updates
- Download the app only from your company's address or from diwanhr.com. A copy passed around on WhatsApp or download sites may have been tampered with.
- If you see «A new version of Diwan is available», press «Update». Punches not sent yet stay and are sent after the update.
- Don't know your company's address? Ask HR, or scan their QR code.
